What is the difference between HYPER-REALISTIC and CLASSIC style?

Our classic style is primarily characterized by a focus on the animation style itself. It embraces the distinct features of animation, such as bold lines, vibrant colors, and exaggerated expressions. Classic style artwork aims to capture the essence of animation, making your portrait appear as if it belongs in a beloved animated world. This style is perfect for those who want to infuse a touch of whimsy and nostalgia into their personalized artwork.

Conversely, our hyper-realistic style places a strong emphasis on creating a lifelike representation of your subject. While it draws inspiration from animation, it prioritizes realistic details, including textures, facial features, and lighting. The result is an artwork that closely resembles a high-resolution photograph while incorporating elements of the animation style as a reference. Hyper-realistic style is ideal for those seeking a fusion of the animated and the real, adding a unique twist to their cherished photos.

What photos are needed, full body or does it matter?

The photo you upload as the primary photo is the one our artists will use as the primary reference for your personalized artwork. Whether it's a full-body shot, a close-up portrait, or any other composition, our artists will recreate the image based on the primary photo you select unless you specify otherwise in the product description or customization options.

We want to ensure that your artwork closely resembles your vision, so feel free to choose the photo that best represents the look and style you desire for your personalized artwork. If you have any specific instructions or preferences, you can include them during the customization process to guide our artists in creating your unique piece.

 

How long does it take to receive my personalized artwork?

The production time depends on the complexity of the artwork and the style chosen. Typically, it takes between 6 to 11 business days for your artwork to be completed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

If you opt for the Digital File Portrait. You should expect to recieve it within 1-3 business Days. 

What currency are Animize prices?

All prices on our store are defaulted in USD, but you can use our currency converter on the top right of all pages, when opened on desktop view!

How is the portrait sent?

If you opt for a digital portrait, your artwork will be created digitally by our skilled artists. Once completed, we will send you a high-resolution digital file of your personalized artwork via email. This digital file can be easily downloaded, saved, and shared electronically. This option is perfect for those who want the flexibility to use their artwork in various digital formats, such as social media profiles, digital frames, or for printing on their own.

For those who prefer a tangible piece of art, we offer the option of receiving a physical portrait. In this case, after our artists have created your personalized artwork, we will carefully print it on high-quality materials using professional printing techniques. The physical portrait is then securely packaged to protect it during transit. We provide worldwide delivery services to ensure that your artwork reaches you, no matter where you are located. You can expect to receive your physical portrait at your specified address within the estimated shipping time, and it will be ready to display or frame as you desire.

What if I am not happy with my portrait?

At our store, we understand the importance of your satisfaction with your personalized portrait. While we do not offer refunds for personalized artwork, your happiness is our top priority. Therefore, we have implemented a customer-friendly approach to address any concerns or issues you may have:

Our Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our artwork. If, upon receiving your portrait, you are not completely satisfied due to any issues related to the customization, design, or quality that fall within our policy, we are committed to making it right.

Policy Guidelines: To ensure a fair and efficient resolution process, we have established clear guidelines for edits and revisions. These guidelines outline what types of changes can be made, the timeframe within which you can request edits, and any limitations that may apply.

Transit Damage: Any products that have been damaged during your delivery process will be investigated by your local courier, Animize and the relevant authorities with a full 100% refunded to be provided.

Can you draw pets into the Portraits?

Absolutely, yes! We are delighted to include pets in your personalized portraits. Our talented artists are skilled at capturing the unique characteristics and personalities of pets, and they can seamlessly incorporate them into your artwork. Whether you want a portrait featuring just your beloved pet or a combination of family members and pets, we can bring your vision to life. Simply provide us with clear photos of your pets along with your customization preferences, and our artists will create a heartwarming and personalized artwork that includes your furry or feathered friends.

Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?

Yes, you are free to do whatever you want with your portrait. There are no restrictions on how you can use or share your personalized artwork. Feel free to enjoy it, display it, share it, or use it in any way that brings you joy and satisfaction. Your portrait is yours to cherish and use without any limitations or restrictions.

Can you work from more than one photo of a person?

Certainly, we can work from more than one photo of a person, but we understand that having one primary photo as the basis for the artwork is often preferred. Here's how the process typically works:

You can provide multiple photos of the same person if you wish. These additional photos can be helpful in capturing specific details, expressions, or angles that you would like to incorporate into the artwork.

However, to ensure a cohesive and visually pleasing result, our artists will primarily use the one "primary" photo you select as the basis for the artwork. This primary photo will serve as the main reference for creating the personalized artwork.

The additional photos you provide will be used as supplementary references to enhance the accuracy and personalization of the portrait. Our artists will consider these photos to capture specific details or nuances that may not be as clear in the primary photo.

What quality should the photo I send to you be?

To ensure the best possible results for your personalized artwork, we highly recommend sending us high-quality photos. Here are some guidelines for photo quality:

Minimum Photo Size:

We require a minimum photo size of 1MB to work with. This ensures that there is enough detail and clarity in the image for our artists to create an accurate and visually appealing artwork.

Maximum Photo Size:

The maximum photo size we accept is 10MB. While larger files can provide even greater detail, a 10MB limit helps ensure efficient file handling and processing.

Photo Clarity:

Clear, sharp, and well-lit photos are ideal. The more details and clarity the photo contains, the more accurate and faithful the resulting artwork will be.

Avoid Low-Quality Photos:

We may need to reject orders that are based on extremely low-quality or blurry photos. These types of images may not provide enough visual information for our artists to work with effectively.

Refund Processing Time:

In the event that an order is rejected due to photo quality issues or if you decide to request a refund, please note that refunds may take 7-12 business days to process. This processing time is standard in our refund policy.


Will I be charged for changes to my order after it's been made?

Timing: Changes made shortly after placing your order, especially before production has begun, may incur lower or no additional charges. However, as production progresses, making changes becomes more complex and may result in additional costs.

Complexity of Changes: The complexity of the changes you request can also impact whether there are additional charges. Simple changes may be accommodated more easily, while extensive alterations could lead to extra fees.

Revisions: If changes are related to edits or revisions to the personalized artwork, some revisions may be included in the initial purchase, while others might incur additional fees, particularly if they deviate significantly from the original design.

The standard size (dimensions) are 12x12, 14x14, 16x16 at 300 dpi.
